The Carp is proberly the most talk about fish. There are so many different breeds, from the Commom Carp (BR 51lbs 8oz - 23.36kg) Wild Carp, Mirror Carp, Leather Carp. We have lakes solely for Carp fishing.
The British Record for the Crucian Carp is 5lbs 10oz - 2.56kg
There are also Coy Carp and Goldfish these are not wild but common in large private ponds. |
